Hours Calculator
Your total hours for the week, added up line by line. Type each day’s in and out times and the unpaid break. A rate is optional: add it to see pay too.
Overtime rules: federal.
Type times the way you think of them: 7:00 AM, 7am, 0700 or 19:30. Times without AM or PM are read as 24-hour. Break is the unpaid break in minutes; type 0 for none. Leave days off empty.
The PDF is a one-page US Letter timesheet with your days, totals, pay and signature lines for you and your supervisor.
Calculated on this device. Your times aren’t sent anywhere. The week you’re entering is kept in this browser only, so a reload doesn’t lose it. Privacy

How hours are added up
Each day is out time minus in time, minus the unpaid break. If the out time is earlier than the in time, the shift ran past midnight and ends the next day. The week’s total adds the days, and prints in hours and minutes (46:30) and in decimal hours (46.50) for payroll.
Decimal hours are minutes divided by 60: 15 minutes is 0.25, 30 is 0.50 and 45 is 0.75. Two decimal places, rounded half up.
